Returns Policy
Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to accept its return providing it is in an unused state including all packaging. Items for return must be received by us within 14 days of your order. Please use the online contact form to notify us of return. Once we have received your returned item/s and are happy they are in good condition we will contact you and start the refund which may take a few days for you to receive
Cancelled orders
It is your right to cancel an order online within 14 days, Should you wish to do this,please use the online contact form to notify us, we will then process your refund. If the goods have already been sent to you or are in transit we will await the return of goods before issuing the refund.
Faulty items
Rolldove take great care not to dispatch faulty items to you however we cannot always know if the item has a manufacturers fault or if the item has been damaged in transit. Please inform us of receipt of a faulty item and a few details within 24 hours of receipt so that we can either send a replacement or refund you.
